Saint Gobain Containers

We are a very small quality and process engineering group attempting to track and control the performance of our product for five production plants used by more than a dozen customers. Our group has only been in existence for couple years and we needed a number of automated evolution reports for measured data to show the quality performance for our sector and each plant. Further, we wanted the ability to show pareto charts for types of quality issues in order to assure our improvement efforts were properly guided.

Leonard was able to quickly understand our information database situation and our reporting goals. He gained respect with the IT group and helped us to translate our engineering goals into IT and automation projects. Recently the same analysis was applied to other sectors with Leonard's involvement now covers all 13 plants.
